Our free plan includes 20 minutes of transcription per day. This allowance resets every 24 hours. Free plan users have access to basic transcription features but may experience processing delays during peak usage times.

Our transcription technology is powered by OpenAI's Whisper API. The accuracy and capabilities of our transcription services depend on OpenAI's technology and may be subject to OpenAI's terms of service.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (1) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS OR (2) $100.
THE LIMITATIONS OF DAMAGES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN YOU AND US.
